At KEF, we are committed to providing an exceptional audio experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack the item in its original KEF packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
